Speed and Sports Performance Training Programs

All programs are designed to:
  • Increase foot speed
  • Increase vertical leap
  • Increase explosive power
  • Improve coordination, flexability & balance
  • Build endurance and reaction speed
  • Build confidence
  • Lower athletes 40 time

Individual or team programs can be tailored to fit your needs to be:
  • Sport specific
  • Position specific

The Speed School offers programs year round for every age and level athlete:
  • Private session: 30 minutes
  • Group Sessions: 60 minutes
  • Weight Training Classes
  • Adult Sports Performance Training
  • Group Class of same age and skill level
  • Available for
    • 1st-3rd Private training (contact for times)
    • 4th and 5th grade
    • Middle school
    • High school/College

  • Team: 60 minutes
    • Form your own class, minimum 8 athletes for team rate

  • Camps
    • Summer camp sessions are 2 hours long, 4 days a week. Class times and days will be set in the spring for Summer 2017.
